At VakkalHome, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and seamless service. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel or return an order. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at onlinesales@vakkalimpex.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. You may initiate a return request instead.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Eligible Products for Return:

Cloth drying stands, ladders, and other aluminium products (must be in original condition without scratches or dents).

Stainless steel tumblers, cookware, and lunch boxes (unused and with seals intact).
Portable steamers and ironing boards (must be functional and free from damage).

Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
Products that show signs of wear and tear, improper usage, or intentional damage.

Return Process

1. Initiate a return request by contacting us at onlinesales@vakkalimpex.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order ID, proof of purchase, and photographs of the product highlighting the issue.
3. Upon approval, we will arrange for a pickup of the product through our logistics partner.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:

The returned product passes our quality inspection.
The order was cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Process:

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment (e.g., bank account or credit card).

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of a partial return, the refund amount will be calculated based on the returned product value.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
